1.How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. First, you need to choose the style you love best. Second, select the size from the list and fill in the quantity. Then click the bottom "ADD TO CART" . Another page will be shown on your eyes, you just need to continue to click "Go to Checkout". If you want to order others, click the bottom " Continue Shopping".Third, choose the payment option and go to checkout! 2.How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items shown are in stock. If a product does not appear in a specific size in the 'Size' drop-down, this means the item is out of stock. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing. Items which have not yet arrived in stock yet will be available for advance reservation, using the Wish List function. If an item is only available for Wish List reservation, this will be clearly marked on the product page.

3.What payment methods does matches accept?

4.Is it safe to use my credit card online at your online shop?

6.How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. If your shoes have been sold out in our warehouse, we will try our utmost best to locate the shoes from our Matches stores. Only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the shoes located, will your order be accepted and the shoes shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. Should any of the shoes you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed and your payment for the shoes will not be processed.

7.How can I know my order is shipped out?
Once your order is sent out, we will inform you to tell you your tracking number via email, which you can track on line. Or you can login in your account to check your order status.

8.Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. 9.In what packaging will my goods be delivered?
At Matches we believe that the service you receive through purchasing online should be just as indulgent as shopping in one of our stores, therefore the packaging you receive your goods in is a huge priority for us. Your shoes will arrive in a luxurious original packaging.

10.Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
No, you don't have to pay any duty or import charges.

11.I have lost my prepaid voucher or the link is not working. What should i do?
Don't panic! You can access your prepaid postal voucher at any time by simply logging in to your "Account" and going to "History". You'll just need to click on "Download postal voucher". If you have any problems, please contact uns by email at onlineserviceworlds@gmail.com .

12.My purchase has been cancelled, when will I receive a refund?
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible by our account department. You can track your refund in your "Account" by going to "My orders" in the "History" tab.

13.Can I cancel my order after placing the order?
If you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we can cancel your order. But 3.5% fee for the Realypay will be deducted from the payment and others will return to your card in 3 business days. If we have placed your order and you want to cancel, you have to pay the restock fee. And the exact restock payment depends on the working days.
